The Sacrament of Marriage as understood by the Catholic Church initiates the couple into a holy, lifelong state.
Jesus compared it to His relationship with His Church. Marriages are celebrated at St Chad’s by arrangement with the priests.
Preparation for Marriage is arranged with individual couples once a date for the celebration has been confirmed.
